Will Demps was a standout player at Highland High School, and then moved on to San Diego State. He went undrafted, but got an invite to the 2002 Baltimore Ravens training camp.

Demps not only made the squad, but quickly earned his way onto the field. Playing as a nickel back and free safety, he had four interceptions and 251 tackles in four years with the Ravens.

In a 2004 game against the Tennessee Titans, Demps made the biggest play of his career, returning an interception 56 yards for a touchdown.

In 2006, Demps signed a free agent contract with the New York Giants and immediatley became their starting free safety.
