Palmdale JV took home the Eagle Cup tournament title with a perfect 5-0 record and outscored their opponents 16-2. Palmdale
got wins in pool play over Agoura (1-0), Paraclete (5-0), and Highland (4-1). Palmdale then took their winning ways right into
the semifinal and got a convincing victory over Canyon with a score of 4-0. This would set up a rematch between Palmdale and
Highland (who defeated Knight in the other semifinal).
In the end, Palmdale was too much for the Bulldogs and won the game
with a 2-0 scoreline. This gives the Palmdale JV team an overall record of 5-0. Palmdale JV's next match will be away
at Lancaster in the league opener.
