The AVGSA U12 girls won the 2009 Pacific Coast "C" regionals this past weekend in San Diego, Qualifying them for the California State Games.

AVGSA Girls Qualify for Regionals
Both games went to International Tie-Breakers, in which AVGSA came out on top.
The first tie-breaker was against Atascadero U12 and the second was against Fallbrook U12. The championship game was played against Rialto U12, with Rialto winning. 21-18. But, because it was a double-elimination tournament, and A.V. came in from the winner's bracket, undefeated, Rialto had to beat AV again. This time, the AV girls won easily 14-2.
